perforated spoons no quick easy answer I'm afraid they occur from the 5th to the late 6th vcentury only ever in female graves...the age of the female seems irrelevant as the Winterbourne Gunner example came from a child's grave - others from (bad 18 & 19th century archaeology to blame here) old ...
